What can be measured with the C3-Holter recorder?
The C3 is an ECG recorder designed and approved according to the international standard for long term ECG monitoring, also known as Holter-recording (IEC 60601-2-47). The main purpose is to detect cardiac arrhythmias.
How is the C3-Holter recorder used?
The C3 should be used as shown in the Quick Start Guide.
It is fixed on the body using conventional adhesive electrodes (NB: Electrodes are not included in the packaging).
How can I see if the C3 Holter is working properly?
The following notes on the different LED colors explain the operational status of the C3-Holter:
• Green flashing, fast: The C3 is on
• Green flashing, slow: Recording in progress / normal operation
• Blue flashing light: The C3 does not have proper contact with the skin
• Yellow flashing light, slow: Low battery charge
• Yellow flashing light, fast: No critical error (please refer to the instructions for use)
• White flashing light: Critical device error

How long is the battery life of the C3?
After being fully charged, the battery life is approximately 48 hours.
Is the C3 waterproof?
The C3 is splash-proof (IP 54). However, we do not recommend wearing the device while showering or bathing.

What does the C3 cost and which software / accessories are included in the price?

The price of the C3 includes the associated Data Transfer Software (DTT), which can be downloaded from our <a href=”/downloads” target=”_blank”>website</a>.

What third-party analysis software solutions are available for the C3?
The C3 is compatible with third-party software from Cardioline and Cardiomatics. In addition, data can be exported in the open EDF data format.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period / warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
Which versions of Windows are supported?
The Data Transfer Tool (DTT) and the device are compatible with Windows 7 and newer versions of Windows.
How can I transfer records to the computer?
For data transfer, the C3-Holter device must be connected to a computer via a USB cable (included). The associated software, Data Transfer Tool (DTT), must first be installed on the computer. For detailed instructions, please refer to the last part of the user manual [Link], page 11, about the DTT.
How long does it take to get an automatic Holter report?
Currently, the creation of an automated Holter report takes about 24 hours from the request.
