The Support Team at Cortrium is looking for a full-time Customer Supporter to enhance the Customer Experience. You will be part of a fast growing team of dedicated and passionate people, who are driven by the idea to make it accessible for as many people as possible to be diagnosed early on in case of heart arrhythmia. We aim to do this time efficient and easy with a device that is convenient for the patient and an analysis that is convenient for doctors.

Your friends would describe you as positive and friendly. You are quality-minded, excel at multitasking and want to gain further work experience as well as develop your competencies in an international company.

As a German Customer Supporter, reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you are providing first line support, in close collaboration with Sales, R&D and the management to provide excellent real-time support to our German-speaking customers.

What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding service to our German-speaking customers via prompt and value-adding interactions over the phone or via email
  • Take ownership of the support cases in our CRM-system and be responsible for funneling them through all process stages until a solution has been found
  • Escalate support cases based on severity levels and associated business risk assessments
  • Guide through software installation process through TeamViewer
  • Be an expert on Cortrium’s product, features and the software solutions sold
  • Update internal knowledge base with new relevant insights in order to enhance knowledge sharing across all support team members
  • Be the voice of the customer by logging and advocating for feature requests

Who you are

  • Fluent in written and verbal German as well as in English – Danish is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Strong technical aptitude – you are able to quickly learn and implement new technologies
  • The ability to quickly assess a situation and create a sense of urgency for rapid resolutions
  • Affinity to med-tech product
  • An eye for the detail, proactive and enjoy being involved in multiple tasks at the same time
  • Able to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders from Sales, R&D, Marketing and Customer Experience – Technical support experience is not necessary – customer service experience is preferred
