Key Account Manager (m/f/t), Germany

The Key Account Manager will have a key position in the execution of Cortrium’s realization of the strategic business objectives in the markets for general practitioners, cardiologists and hospitals. The Key Account Manager will refer to the CCO.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Development and implementation of the commercial plans of Cortrium
  • Planning, execution and follow-up on commercial activities of Cortrium and our key customer
  • Developing and supporting the positioning of Cortrium’s brands through targeted sales and marketing activities
  • Being up to date on new developments in the medical intelligence for wearables sensor technology
  • Supporting customers and especially our key customer´s sales forces with ad-hoc resolving tasks
  • Participation in tradeshows, congresses and other events organized by our key customer
  • Expansion of customer contacts and care

Requirements/the ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years of previous experience with international targeted sales strategies and implementation with corporate business organizations and public authorities or equivalent job experiences
  • At least 3 years in dealing with the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and physicians in Germany
  • A strong understanding of the culture of pharmaceutical organizations
  • Fully proficient in spoken and written German and English
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing to medical doctors and hospitals
  • Knowledge of brand and trade marketing
  • A pro-active, independent, passionate, ambitious and result-oriented work ethics
  • Good presentation and communication skills in oral and writing as the position requires both internal and external interaction
  • Expected travelling of 90 days per year
