Cortrium Aps is expanding significantly globally and is focusing on growing in the UK. Therefore we are searching for a full-time Regional Sales Manager who will be the main point of contact for and fully manage our UK customer and distributor relationships. In addition, you will drive the go-to-market strategy in order to grow existing and new business opportunities in your region.

You will also gather intelligence on customer needs to share with other senior managers to continually improve our product offering. You will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload. You will have a genuine passion for the world of ECG monitoring.

This role allows the flexibility to work remotely as well as from time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a first class customer/partner experience
  • Developing partner and client relationships
  • Developing KOL-network in UK
  • Responding to partner and customer communication and leading on supporting clients and partners in understanding Cortriums products
  • Reporting on partner and client progress and achievement using our CRM system
  • Gathering market and customer intelligence and feedback
  • Growing the revenue with allocated partners as per agreed annual target
  • Develop local account plans for - and together with - your customers on a 3-year Outlook
  • Identifying and highlighting competitor threats to Cortrium customer portfolio
  • Ability to demonstrate and communicate a full knowledge of all Cortrium products, relevant selling points and benefits

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • Proven Sales experience ideally from within the ECG Holter market and including closing, prospecting, sales planning, selling to customer needs, account management, market knowledge, meeting sales targets
  • Proven recent Account Management experience ideally from within the ECG Holter monitor market
  • Confident and articulate presenter
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • You meet agreed deadlines and is a good colleague
  • You are technology savvy for this position


  • Educated to degree level or above or experience in a similar role
  • Preferably you have a clinical background in Cardiology
  • Experience in ECG Holter Monitoring is a strong plus and will be highly valued in this position
